Mapping various areas has been used for the good of everyone because certain people can study those maps to gain additional information. Another reason its good is so students can use these maps for school assignments instead of always looking sites up.
ReplyDeleteI learned that mapping elephants is a good thing. We get to see how wonderful and beautiful they are. Getting to learn how they survive and take care of their young is amazing to me.
ReplyDeleteI learned that google earth is helping Brazil protect the wildlife and they are providing new technology for the natives.
ReplyDeleteMaps allow every day people to plan out their course of action for the road to make their journey as efficient as possible. It also allows people to show problems that others might not realize without visual aids

ReplyDeleteMapping of various areas is good for everyone because maps can help you go where you need to and help you when you are lost. Also todays maps are so advanced that it allows you to see parts of the world you would never see before. I thought it was extremely cool how Rebecca Moore used Google Earth to show the impact of a planned development and convinced her community to come up with a better alternative.
ReplyDeleteUsing these maps are good so kids from schools can us them for homework when they arnt at school. Another way they are useful is they can be used for traveling
ReplyDeleteMaps are helpful when trying find your way through the saharah desert. I know from experience. It is also helpful when traveling any where else.
ReplyDeleteMapping areas is good for people who are traveling or hiking, so that they have a guide on where to go incase they get lost or need help. It's also good for collecting data on a certain species of animal so you can protect it or hunt it, or just track it.
